Of course! Every Gift Card has a unique reference number and you can check your card’s balance at any time by using the card reference number. When you check your balance you will also see the card’s Expiry Date. You can check your balance via the Shop Menu or by clicking on the link below.
Yes – if you don’t want your Gift Card to be emailed immediately you can use the Delivery Calendar to schedule a delivery date up to a year in advance, so your Gift Card arrives exactly when you want it to.
No – it does NOT! The Expiry date for each card is set from the original date of purchase. You can add funds to your card as often as you like, using your unique reference number, but this will NOT extend the expiry date. The only way to extend your purchasing power is to purchase a brand new Gift Card.
The main benefit of being able to Add Funds to a Gift Card is where several family members or friends all want to collectively provide a Gift. The first family/friend purchases a Gift Card, and then subsequent family/friends can contribute to the overall gift by adding funds to the Gift Card individually, using the card’s unique reference number.
Our Gift Cards are emailed to the recipient as soon as payment has been received. If they haven’t received your Gift Card in their email In-Box then it will be sitting in their Spam or Junk folder!
Please check your Spam or Junk email folder and Mark all future emails from Plymouth Yacht Charter as “Not Spam” – this should ensure all future emails, correspondence and purchases will arrive straight into your In-Box.
Check your balance using your card’s unique reference number. When the balance is displayed you will then have the option to Add Funds to your card.
Simply visit our Shop and select the product(s) of your choice. At the Checkout enter your unique Card Number and the amount of your purchase will be deducted from your card’s balance. Any surplus funds will remain on the card and can be used for future purchases.
Our Gift Cards last up to 12 months from the date of purchase and the Expiry Date is clearly shown on the Gift Card. You can remind yourself of the Expiry Date by checking your card’s balance. Enter your reference number and the current balance and expiry date will be clearly shown.
Our Gift Cards can be purchased for any amount you choose between £75 and £2,500.
You can Add Funds to your existing Gift Card when you check your balance. Alternatively, you can simply pay any shortfall at the Checkout using your debit / credit card.
Our gift cards are electronic Gift Cards that, once purchased, are emailed to the recipient who can then redeem in our shop.
